Our Baby Ballers Personal Training has a private training feel with a couple more bodies in the room.
This program is a Motor Skill/Skill Enhancement merged program that focuses on Coordination, Body Positioning, and Sensory development. Our basic Skill Enhancement curriculum will be a core foundation to this program, but will progress at the speed of the INDIVIDUAL. This training is more of a detailed approach in which we embark on a journey of exposing 500-600 skills/abilities/methods to a player to give him/her the complete game to construct.

Monthly Session
Our monthly Personal Training program is built around 4 weeks of training. For 3 weeks players will receive a 45min in-person training with our Certified Skill Enhancement trainer and on the 4th week players will receive 2-4 homework assigned videos that are sent directly to them or parent. Keeping them accountable to their development while building a level discipline required to develop their skill-set.
Homework videos are instructional and designed for 10-15 mins of solo training.
Monthly Personal Training players also currently have FREE access to Big 3 Sunday
Academy can be included at a discount rate for additional Training time but will have to be purchased separately before the month has started.
3/6/12 Month Personal Training Subscriptions:
3/6/12 months Personal Training subscriptions are designed exactly like our Monthly Personal Training program. However Subscription have FREE ACCESS to our Academy, and Big 3 Sunday platforms. Subscriptions also allow you to lock your player’s spot in our Personal Training program. We will cap off our spots at 45 players a month. As of January 28 2020 we have 15 spots left!!!
*For 3/6/12 Month Subscriptions, Academy and Big 3 Sunday are NOT GUARANTEED or MANDATORY, they are merely additional trainings that are OPTIONAL to maximize your hoopers development. Please double check YOUR OWN calendar before booking*

Class Structure & Training Material:
This has a class participant range of 1 – 3 players for 5 years old to 1st grade. 2-4 players for 2nd – 4th grade.
This training will feature introductions into basics that include physical traits, footwork, offensive footwork, and active off hand. Advanced features such as weight distribution and dribble hand/off hand coordination will also be introduced.
Requirements
⦁ Age – 4 years old – 4th grade
⦁ Behavior – Positive can do attitude is a must. Players must be open minded to our style of training.
⦁ Skill Level – Any level. Yes that also includes no organized game experience.
